Here is my home made CNC Machine.
There have been a few improvements since these photos were taken.
The upright supports have now been strengthened and altered.
It can cut a 10mm x 10mm square and the measurement will be 9.95mm x 9.95mm square.
Now thats a 0.05mm tolerance.
I mainly use this for PCB track cutting but I also use it to engrave and carve.
OK so enough of the chatting, Lets get to it...
Here is the upright support... This has changed a-little since this photo was taken.
This gives me 480mm movement on the X-axis.

Here is the base/bed platform.
This gives me 500mm on the Y-axis.


OK here is the upright mounted to the base, along with the Z-axis mount.
Yes I know the garden is a mess.
I no longer live there so what the hell...


I now mounted the Z-axis.
This gives me a 100mm depth.
This has since changed.


And here was the first item that I cut.
Yes its a little rough here and there but I have since made many adjustments and improvements.

Here is a rough cut on MDF before cutting onto slate.
Machine was running at 200% speed.
